1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or scheduling services with South Carolina Tree Removal Experts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in the State of South Carolina.

2. Service Estimates

All estimates provided are based on a visual inspection of the property and the information provided by the client. Estimates are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes significantly or if hidden hazards (e.g., underground utilities not marked) are discovered.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to maintain our schedule, but tree work is highly dependent on weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule services to ensure the safety of our crews and your property. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations.

4. Property Access and Preparation

The client is responsible for providing clear access to the work area. This includes moving vehicles, clearing outdoor furniture, and ensuring pets and children remain indoors during operations. South Carolina Tree Removal Experts is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, including irrigation systems, invisible fences, or lighting.

5. Insurance and Liability

South Carolina Tree Removal Experts maintains comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We utilize zero-impact rigging and property protection mats to minimize impact, but clients should be aware that heavy equipment may cause minor, temporary marks on turf or driveways.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Carolina.
